You're anonymous by default and you choose what to share. Ghost Mode lets you browse the crowd without appearing in it, and you can leave a venue's view at any time.

A quiet signal to someone at the same venue. They aren't told unless they pulse you back — and when they do, you both get notified and a chat opens. Nobody gets publicly rejected.

How you plan the night before it starts. Pin the venue you're heading to — tonight or up to 90 days ahead — and your friends see it. Browse everyone's plans on a map, favourite the ones you like, get a reminder before it starts, and share yours to Instagram or TikTok as a story frame.

BeThere started in Athens and Halkidiki and covers Greek metros and islands, Cyprus, and a growing list of cities across Europe and beyond. A new city opens as soon as venues and people appear in it.

BeThere is free to download and free to use. Some venues sell perks in the app — quick entrance, free entry, a drink, VIP access — and you can tip venue staff if you want to.

Coins are how the good stuff works. You earn them for going out — checking in somewhere new, two nights in a row, reviews, plans, referrals — and spend them on venue perks, virtual drinks for other guests, or tips for the staff. You can buy more, but you never have to.

No. Venues see their own crowd in aggregate — how many people came, how many returned, age brackets — never a list of individuals.

The Staff Dashboard: the live crowd in your room, how many people have committed to each upcoming night, 30-day visitors and return rate, demographics, reviews you can reply to, push messages to recent guests, and digital tips for your team.
